YTT is Not a Yoga Retreat, Be Ready for the Exhausting and Amazing Experiences.

Hi, I’ m Grace from Australia. I did the 200 hour yoga teacher training at Bali Yoga School. It’ s been the most amazing experience. It’ s been exhausting, but I have learned so much more than I ever expected. Don’ t come here thinking it’s a retreat. It’s intense, but you will learn so, so much. You’ll learn anatomy, you’ll learn alignment, yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, and of course, what most people come for is asana. I was quite new to yoga before coming here, and now I feel so confident to teach, and I have made some beautiful friends from all over the world. So it’ s been an amazing experience.
