The Power of Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Our experienced, creative Hatha vinyasa yoga teacher at Bali Yoga School shares her wisdom about vinyasa flow in this video.

Where we move from one asana to another asana by paying attention also the transition of the movement that is in between two others, we always try to move with the breath. Keep an awareness on our breath, and when we connect with our wrath we can grow deeper and deeper into the asanas. We are more focused and more present right now in this present moment.

So, in vinyasa flow, it’s not only it about bringing the maximum expression of the asanas, but the exploration of the asanas. The path to go to the final posture has a lot of options, modification for everyone and this creates a style of yoga that is really suitable for everyone because every person are encouraged to use modifications on the posture according to the day, and we can modify our vinyasa flow for any kind of learners for beginners, immediate, and advanced people. By practicing every week, maybe two or three times a week vinyasa flow, wen can improve our flexibility, our mobility, and we can strengthen the body and this can help a lot our body but also our mental health in everyday life.
